Terms & Conditions — Urban Setting Graphics

1. General By placing an order with Urban Setting Graphics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Custom & Personalised Products All products are made to order. As your items are personalised, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
3. Design Responsibility You are responsible for the accuracy of any text, images, or artwork submitted with your order. Please check all spelling, sizing, and design details carefully before submitting. Urban Setting Graphics is not liable for errors in customer-supplied designs once an order has been confirmed.
4. Design Proofs Where a proof is provided, your approval confirms the design is correct and authorises production to begin. No changes can be made after approval.
5. Intellectual Property By submitting artwork or images, you confirm that you own the rights to use them and that their use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Urban Setting Graphics accepts no liability for any infringement arising from customer-supplied content.
6. Colour Accuracy Colours displayed on screen may vary from the finished printed product due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match to on-screen representations.
7. Production & Delivery Times Our standard production time is 3–5 business days (Usually quicker). This is separate from shipping time. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Urban Setting Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
8. Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this window, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@urbansettinggraphics.com
9. Returns & Refunds We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items unless they are faulty or materially different from what was ordered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we will offer a replacement or refund.
10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
